Reservations and Payments:
A deposit of $500 per person is required at time of registration, along with signed reservation form. Balance is due 60 days prior to departure. Reservations may be cancelled if full payment is not received 60 days prior to departure. Reservations received less than 60 days prior to departure date must be paid in full.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations are subject to a $150 per person administration fee, in addition to the schedule below. It must be in writing: mail, faxed, or email. Noelette Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour. Penalties are not assessed when tours are cancelled by Noelette Tours. Noelette Tours is not responsible and does not assume responsibility for any additional costs relating to the issuance and /or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not made through Noelette Tours. Cancellations due to state travel advisories and/or state travel warnings, Acts of War, War, Terrorism, Acts of God, Natural Disaster or any other circumstance outside the control of Noelette Tours will not be eligible for refund. No refund or cancellation fees will be waived due to death or sickness.
PRIOR TO DEPARTURE CANCELLATION FEES:
Passports and Visas:
A valid passport, (at least 6 months valid from return date) is required for all. Noelette Tours assumes no liability for passport or visa procurements.
Baggage Allowance:
The passenger may check in 1 piece of luggage with a maximum weight of 50 lbs. Luggage is the passenger’s responsibility and that of the airlines. For lost luggage claims, the passenger is responsible for notifying the airline directly.
Responsibility and Liability:
Noelette Tours, the operator, and their representatives including the land representative and tour guide, act only as agents for the tour members in making arrangements for hotels, transportation, sightseeing, restaurants, or any other services in connection with the itinerary. Noelette Tours as agent shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or inconvenience arising directly or indirectly out of any actions of any person or supplier of services providing any of the services, programs or accommodations offered in connection with a tour. The airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time the passengers are not on board their plane. The passage contract in use by the airlines concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and passengers. Noelette Tours assumes no liability at all for any death, injury, illness, quarantine, sickness, diseases, natural disaster, damage, loss delay, accident, terrorism, expense, defect or any abnormality which may result from your participation in any activity during the tour. Noelette Tours is not responsible for losses or accidental expenses due to delay or changes in schedules, defaults or hotel over-bookings, sickness, weather, strike, war, quarantine, riots or insurrections or criminal acts committed by third parties, political disorders of any type or other such similar causes. All such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the passenger. The operator reserves the right to alter the itinerary as may be deemed desirable and in the best interests of the tour party
Tour Price:
The price of the tour is based on cash or check basis, for 25 passengers minimum, double occupancy and is subject to change. Tour price may also change due to taxes, conversion rate, fuel surcharges, or other factors, which will be communicated to passengers prior to departure. Credit Cards are accepted with convenience fee of +3% (MC, Visa, Discover) & +4% for Amex. Payment of Deposit for $500 per person plus applicable insurance premium may be combined in one check.
